Welcome to the Waupun Youth Hockey 2026-2027 Season Registration!!

Welcome to the start of a new hockey season!

**PLEASE keep in mind that the family contact information you enter will be used to keep you informed with association news and team information. Please make sure to use current contact information!

Youth Registration is OPEN and will remain open through September 1st for all players participating at the LTS, Atoms, Cross Ice, Squirt, Pee Wee, and Bantam levels. Fees WILL include a LATE FEE beginning on September 2nd.

**DISCLAIMER**

While we GLADLY welcome children of ALL abilities, our volunteers all coaches/assistant coaches/board members) are not trained in special needs such as high functioning autism and/or ADHD. We will do our best to accommodate ALL children as long as they can be involved in a safe manner. If your child has special needs, please reach out to us so that we can make the best plan for your child BEFORE the season starts. 

Learn to Skate Registration is OPEN. Registration will remain open to new skaters as long as players wish to join (anytime). If you need assistance, please feel free to contact me. I am more than willing to help. 

Waupun Hockey charges no fees for Learn to Skate and equipment is provided - while our supplies last. An equipment hand out email will be sent to the parents in the association. Equipment will also be passed out on our Try Hockey for Free Day. Learn to Skate emails will be sent out about dates and times for practice.

Every participant and coach must FIRST register with USA Hockey.

**Team managers and board members must also register with USA Hockey prior to each season. There is no charge for this.**

LEARN TO SKATE: A USA hockey registration number is required to register for all programs. The USA Hockey fee is required for all levels.

FEES:

Learn to Skate : FREE (will remain FREE!! and open all year long)

U6 Atoms : $100

Cross Ice : $250

Squirt : $350

PeeWee : $450

Bantam : $500

**SQUIRTS, PEEWEES, AND BANTAM SKATERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE BLACK AND WHITE SOCKS THIS SEASON** You can purchase socks during registration OR in the pro shop once the rink opens, BUT they will be on a first come first served basis. 

SOCKS -- $30/pair

**SQUIRTS, PEEWEES, AND BANTAM SKATERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THEIR JERSEY FOR THE SEASON**

JERSEY (SKATER) -- $76

JERSEY (GOALIE) -- $85

Please be sure to choose the correct size for your skater's jersey. 

**AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST, THERE WILL BE A $75 LATE FEE**

Tryout schedules will be sent out via email and posted on our Facebook page for Cross Ice, Squirt, Pee Wee, and Bantam teams. They will also be posted on our website. Please come back to the website for additional information/changes. The tentative ice schedule is ALWAYS available on our website.

Parents/Guardians who register for Learn to Skate will be notified via email regarding start date. Learn to Skate typically begins the first Saturday in November.
