Scrip FAQ

What is Scrip fundraising?

Scrip is the term used when you buy physical gift cards, eGift cards, and reloadable gift cards at face value on or the mobile website, Easily pay online and earn a rebate between 2% and 16% that immediately goes toward funding for our organization. Use your gift cards for your everyday shopping. 

How do I sign up to use the Scrip Program?

To sign up for the Scrip Program go to and click on How to Enroll, then click Join Your Scrip Program. Enter our enrollment code...Email Tiffany to get code ( Fill in all required personal information including listing either WHA or WFSC under teacher and your child's name under student. This lets the coordinator know who to allocate your rebates to for registration. If you have multiple children involved you may list your last name under student.

How do I pay for the scrip gift cards?

The most convenient way to pay is to enroll in online payments using PrestoPay. PrestoPay conveniently links your bank account to your ShopWithScrip account. You'll receive eGift cards and ReloadNow funds immediately and you'll have access to ShopWithScrip's mobile website. To enroll, log in to your ShopWithScrip account and click on the Payment Types link under Family Functions on your Dashboard. Follow the steps to enroll by either instantly linking your bank account or by entering it in manually. (Manually entering your information will take 1-2 business days to process.) 

When and how do I receive my order of physical gift cards?

Tiffany Schultz will have your order at the rink on Thursdays from 6-7:15pm during the season unless otherwise notified. In the off-season you must give preferred contact information to schedule a pick up time with Tiffany Schultz

When are physical gift card orders due?

Typically orders are placed every other Sunday at 2pm. 

Can I use scrip on my phone while shopping?

Yes, if the store has an option to order ScripNow. ScripNow is an eGift card delivered to you immediately if you pay with PrestoPay. You can order as you shop right from your smartphone to pay with scrip. Check out the new & improved Mobile website. Go to on your smartphone. 

What if I have a hard time remembering when orders are due?

What are the dates/times of year that funds get applied to my account?

Scrip fund totals are calculated each year mid July to prepare the promo codes for registration for the upcoming seasons. 

Why does WHA Scrip keep 50% of the rebates earned? 

Half of the funds earned do stay in a scrip account. These funds are used for shipping and program costs of the scrip program as well as raising funds for rink items benefiting both WHA and WFSC programs. In 2018 scrip funds purchased new pizza ovens for the concession stand. In 2017 scrip funds helped purchase the new vending machine at the rink and in 2016 they helped purchase new stools in the warming room. 

How do I order on

You can login and place orders a few different ways: Shop Tab: Looking for a gift? Not sure what’s available? Click ‘Shop’ at the top of the page and use this feature to sort products and browse by category, card type, or rebate percentage. Express Order: Know exactly what you want? Quickly add the items to your cart using this feature. Shopping Lists: Order the same products each week? Add these items to a shopping list for easy ordering; then set reminders so you get an email when it’s time to place another order.
