All Waupun Hockey Association Members and Players!

 

Hats off to a cold and wild season! Equipment and Jersey turn in will be on the FOLLOWING dates/times. Please note March 17th is also Jersey Turn In day. 

 

Dates/times set for this year:

 2021/2022 WHA End of season Equipment Turn In 

Thurs. Mar. 17- 6:00pm-8:00pm 

(Jersey Turn In with fee return)

Thurs. Mar. 31 - 6:00pm-8:00pm

Sat. Apr. 2 - 9:00am - 12:00pm

 

Any Jerseys unaccounted for will be at your expense from the jersey fee, it will be yours to keep with no return fee if not turned in on the date listed above. 

 

For those of you that have the Red/Black total hockey bags please go through your bag to make sure you have everything that is included with the bag. (Breezers, elbow pads, shin pads, shoulder pads, gloves).

I please ask that everyone clean/wash your equipment before turning it in, detergent/vinegar works well! 

Anyone wanting to keep equipment over the summer or need to exchange for a different size must confirm via in-person at equipment turn-in or send an email to waupunhockeyequipment@gmail.com. We will make a note on your sheet you plan to keep it through the summer months. 

 

ANY Equipment not turned in and/or checked out for the summer will be billed to you per the replacement costs stated on the equipment check out form. There is a $25 late fee for turning in equipment late so please get your equipment turned back in or checked out for the summer! 

Last but not least, anyone that has equipment with no use anymore and would like to donate it to a good cause, feel free to stop in and drop it off during these times!
